SkyWorks Recognized for “Overall Freighter Finance Deal of the Year” by Airline Economics
SkyWorks Securities, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of SkyWorks Capital, LLC and a member of FINRA, acted as advisor to Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings in respect of the financing of 6 767-300ERFs that it is acquiring to operate for Amazon Fulfillment Services and which has received the Airline Economics award for 2017 Overall Freighter Finance Deal of the Year. This award represents a key achievement for Atlas. The transaction involved the private placement financing of six aircraft as part of a larger financing program for 20 767-300ER aircraft on which SkyWorks is advising Atlas.
